   This table gives names of documents associated with courses.
   It is assumed that the documents are saved in a "docs" subfolder under the share path

   	many to one relationship with `tbl1_Courses` table where tbl1_course_docs.CourseID = tbl1_Courses.id

:Footnote:

   We might want to obsolete this table. It is a good feature in that you can link documents to courses in Solutions, and therefore can keep
   a history of things like past syllabi.  However, we have not gotten in the habit of using this feature, and since it is one of the only places
   in Solutions still using the share path, we might want to remove this capability

      user-entered text description of document

**doc_file_name** ``varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL``

   :Description:

      file name of document without path

      path is assumed to be in subfolder docs under share_path which is specified in local about table
