      Category of the job title.  Should be one of those listed in `tbl1_Categories` table

**inactive** ``bit(1) DEFAULT NULL``

   :Description:

      TRUE if this is a title that is no longer used

   :Footnote:

      This happens when, for example, a title is renamed to a new title
